In addition to the regularly performed duties of the Solvdev team, we offer additional services for you to choose from to truly personalize your cleaning experience. Choose one or all of these services depending on your need. Our cleaning staff will make sure to go above and beyond your expectation.

The additional services we offer are meant to help you get that extra clean your home may need. For instance, in the kitchen, let us clean the inside of the refrigerator and freezer. We’ll wipe out the inside of all the cabinets and even clean the oven. Since our cleaners are all natural, you know you can trust them near your foodstuffs.

• Patios: We will be very excited to clean your patios as an extra project and an extra charge, please call office to make arrangements. Please note patio cleaning can be included on a first time clean or one time clean service in an occupied home.

• Fire Place: Solvdev will clean the fire place as an extra project and an extra charge, please call office to make arrangements. Please note the fire place cleaning can be included on a first time clean or one time clean service in an occupied home

• Oven: Solvdev will clean the ovens as an extra project and an extra charge, please call office to make arrangements. Please note oven cleaning can be included on a first time clean or one time clean service in an occupied home

• Refrigerator: Our team will clean refrigerators as an extra project and an extra charge, please call office to make arrangements. Please note refrigerator cleaning can be included on a first time clean or one time clean service in an occupied home.

A Few Cleaning Services NEVER Performed

• We DO NOT wash windows

• We will not open drawers or cabinets [except on a move out or empty home]

• We will not move heavy items such as stove, refrigerators, laundry machines, beds, sofas, tables or any heavy furniture that might present the overwrite of a safety regulation or a hazard and damage your items or the floors where we would be dragging it

• We will not move more than 9 items in a shelf or a section

• We will not clean silk plants

• We will not clean any type of collections

• We will not flip mattresses

• We will not clean clogged toilets

• We will not clean dishes

• We will not clean plasma screen TVs or Plasma screen computers

• We will not clean high pot shelves

• We will not try to clean anything we cannot reach with a 2 step ladder

• We will not look into your personal information

• We will not touch or dust thermostat

• We will not dust in the closets, except in empty homes

• We will not do laundry

• We will not open doors to anybody while we are cleaning your home

• We will not clean grills on the patio
